Susanne Kaufmann’s first ever pop-up store will be unveiled at KaDeWe Berlin this month, celebrating the Austrian skincare brand’s 20th anniversary alongside showcasing their Alpine heritage and expertise within natural skincare.

The window will feature a custom audio experience, allowing passers-by to stop for a moment and immerse themselves in the sounds of nature, recorded in the forests surrounding Susanne Kaufmann’s home in the mountainous Bregenzerwald region where the brand was born, highlighting hero SKUs including the Nutrient Serum and Bath for the Senses. The 3-wall video installation engages visitors in the brand story amid sounds of nature, while the scent of the brand’s iconic Bath for The Senses, inspired by the spa, surrounds them in tranquillity for a moment of calm during their shopping trip.

Customers will also be shown how to find their ultimate skincare routine, enjoy a seated personal consultation with a relaxing hand and arm massage, and book a Susanne Kaufmann Holistic Facial treatment in one of the KaDeWe treatment rooms for a deeply relaxing experience.
