The Hair and Beauty Charity announced its annual raffle prize draw on 8th December, with the winners being announced on the charity’s social channels by charity supporter, Errol Douglas MBE. The raffle has raised just under £11,500 this year and will help support those in the hair and beauty industry who have fallen on hard times.
Tickets were sold online throughout the year and at key industry events, including the Professional Beauty Awards, the British Hairdressing Business Awards, the British Hairdressing Awards and The Fellowship Luncheon.
Applications for financial assistance continue to rise as the cost of living remains high, with the total annual funding to beneficiaries having risen by over 30% in 2023.
