A Selfish Soul, the brainchild of Geordie Shore‘s Roxy Hamedi, has just launched it’s first product, the Browtasia Palette (£25.99). This is a ground-breaking formulation in a pomade and powder format designed to strengthen brows, promote hair growth, and prevent hair loss, all conveniently packaged in an eco-friendly cardboard compact.  The formula boasts essential ingredients like argan oil, known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, antioxidant lauroyl lysine, an amino acid derived from coconut oil that prevents premature aging, dryness, and flakiness, as well as vitamin E and grapeseed oil. UK independent skincare, beauty, haircare and supplements e-tailer, Face the Future, are delivering an early Christmas present with the brand’s very first pop-up shop coming to their native city, Leeds. Located at Trinity Leeds, 27 Albion St Leeds, LS1 5ER, available for a limited time to all shoppers from the 1st-18th December.

The pop-up will showcase Face the Future’s most loved brands, as well as offering guest masterclasses during the two weeks. The shop floor will also include different sections for different skin concerns such as blemish-prone, ageing and pigmentation, plus educational merchandising. There will also be a free exclusive magazine given to every customer at the till on purchase.

The limited-time shop will also have HydraFacial’s on offer, an Opatra Machine for skin analysis and product recommendations, as well as Clinicians and Skincare Experts in-store on hand to support the customer shopping experience.

Boots’ latest beauty offering is the creation of a new premium and professional haircare category. They are introducing ten professional and salon brands to their customers, including Redken, L’Oréal Professionnel, Pureology and Wella Professionals, all available now on boots.com.  These brands will also be rolling out into selected stores over the coming months.

The brands join Boots’ existing range of cult favourites including Philip Kingsley, Bumble and Bumble, Coco & Eve and ARKIVE to create a new premium and professional category. The creation of the new category means that Boots will stock an extensive top-to-toe premium haircare offering alongside its existing premium skincare, cosmetics, body care and fragrance ranges. It also maintains a breadth of choice with haircare available across all price points with its own-brand hair products starting from as little as 75p.

Boots has also joined forces with independent hairdressers Live True London to launch a new salon-led retail space in Vauxhall, London. The new-concept Live True London x Boots space combines a shopping area showcasing Boots premium haircare range with a fully functional hair salon, giving customers the opportunity to test and trial the new brands and products before buying.
