Bobbi Brown’s secret weapon has always been a pretty pink blush.  This week her Jones Road brand launched The Best Blush (£29), a silky powder formula that adds a soft natural flush or a pop of bright colour to cheeks. internationally renowned makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench has launched her own makeup brand. She describes it: “INDUSTRIAL is a hardcore, hard-hitting concept both visually and materially. Leather and latex, piercings and rubber, flesh, strength, and self-possession, for makeup lovers who don’t want to conform.” Her first collection is made up of five products.

The Isamaya Beauty Industrial Colour Pigments Eyeshadow Palette (£95) is a 14-pan palette with a mix of special effect pearls, putty, and shimmer finishes. Isamaya created this palette to offer endless possibilities for creative expression. “I wanted the colours in the palette to come in different textures, so you have mattes, metallics, glitters and a few of them have an amazing creamy, almost oily texture that intensify the colours. They react to light beautifully too, especially the white that has a blue/purple iridescent undertone.”  The palette is made with 3D technology and 30% PCR.  Industrial Rubberlash Latex Lift Mascara (£35) has a curved wand that delivers an instant stretch effect and a fan-like finish for a false lash impression. Dior have announced James Molloy as their UK Makeup Artist Ambassador.  British makeup artist James is known throughout the industry for his impeccable artistry skills, driven by his passion and creativity.   Having studied art in his early years, James developed his expertise over decades working as a backstage makeup artist where he created looks for some of the world’s leading fashion houses. His work has featured in the likes of Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar.  Alongside James’s extensive fashion portfolio, he has honed a niche creating refined red carpet looks that have led him to work on some of the most recognisable faces of the past decade.  He brings a wealth of talent and creative flair alongside his timeless approach to creating beautiful polished looks. Beauty Buddy is a beauty-centric app, developed in 2019, that not only allows consumers to access honest peer-to-peer reviews and product information via their phones.
