Last weekend saw the return of Professional Beauty London and with it a live makeup competition. Emma Rutherford, our Editorial Director, was delighted to be asked to be a judge, alongside industry experts Armand Beasley, Cathyanne Mac Allister, Dean Rudd, Emma Kotch, Gemma Horner, Jack Oliver, Jo Sugar, Julia Townend, Kamanzaa Amihyia, Leigh Easthope, Martin Carter, Millie Kendall, Megan Thomas, Phyliss Cohen and Tania Grier.
