Salon System nail expert Rosanna Hatherell has created an on trend purple sparkle nail design using Gellux.
If you don’t have Gellux products to hand then you can substitute them for others. If you are using non-gel polish, remember to use a good base coat and to let each coat set fully before moving on to the next step.
Step One
Start by prepping the nails by filing nails to a round shape. Push back the cuticle using the Salon System Cuticle Handy Manicure Tool (£4.95 +vat) and remove the cuticle using the Gellux Erase Cuticle Remover (£4.55 +vat) and cuticle clippers. Buff the nail plate and cleanse nails with with Gellux Prep + Wipe (£4.35 +vat).
Apply Gellux Fast Bond (£5.85 +vat) to complete the prep work. Apply one coat of Gellux Builder Gel Rose Pink (£11.95 +vat), and cure for 30 seconds
Step Two
Using Gellux Crimson Crush (£11.95 +vat) apply three coats and cure in between each layer for 30 seconds.
Step Three
Using a transfer nail foil, press the foil all over all nails to give it a 3D look and cure for 30 seconds.
Step Four
Apply one coat of Gellux Super Shiny Top Coat (£11.95 +vat) cure for 30 seconds. Wipe over with Gellux Prep + Wipe and finish by applying Gellux Nail & Cuticle Oil (£4.35 +vat).
Salon System Gellux is available from wholesalers nationwide.
