The Australian skin-loving, cruelty-free, vegan tanning brand Bali Body have launched into Boots.  During lockdown the brand saw continued growth in sales, selling 1 bottle every 2 minutes of their new 1 Hour Express and 1 bottle every 3 minutes for their iconic Face Tan Water. On the rise of self-tan sales and changing tanning habits during lockdown, Owner and Director of Bali Body, Laura Oosterloo, says “During lockdown, applying self-tan was an easy way to boost your mood and give yourself a little pick-me-upOur mousses have had outstanding success since the day they launched and this continues to grow.  Bali Body was born digitally and now being stocked in bricks and mortar stores, such as Boots, really opens up accessibility to an audience who might not have tried our brand before”.

The Hair and Beauty Charity are still working to support those that need their help.  They had over £250,000 donated from professional beauty expert, Caroline Hirons and the Beauty Backed campaign. They have funds available for those people who do need their help; ask them if you need support.

They are a small charity and have to prioritise assistance to those who need it most urgently.  Priority will be given to households where only one adult (working within the industry) provides the only income to the household (e.g. if you live with your partner who will still receive an employed wage, priority will be given to single parent families whose only income is dependent on their hair/beauty industry wage).  Visit their website for more information and to make an application.
