This month’s makeup challenge competition is #LetYourBeautyGlow, sponsored by Dr Paw Paw. We are one with the earth, so let your face and body be the canvas and be inspired by what is grown from our planet.
The diversity of flora and vegetation on our beautiful planet is incredibly diverse, usually the focus for humans is the animal kingdom but not with this challenge! We want contestants to be vegan-inspired so this could be creating some illusion art on the face or let your body fuse your human side with the planet.
You could win this fabulous prize from Dr Paw Paw, the award-winning makers of 100% natural, vegan, cruelty-free multi-tasking balms and products for lips, skin, body and hair.
You can properly pamper yourself with the prize comprising seven x 25ml Dr Paw Paw Balms including tinted formulas as well as the original and shea butter versions, along with their fabulous Scrub and Nourish. Valued at approx £59.
The challenge will be judged by Armand Beasley, cruelty-free MUA, beauty & image expert, lover of organic and co-creator of the vegan brand probodyglow.
Rules
No animal inspired art
Makeup can be on the face or full body, but if it’s just on the face thought must be put into what you are wearing to complement your interpretation of the theme.
Two photos/videos must be submitted; one full-length and one head and shoulders. Post these on your wall, if you post them in stories they will have expired before the judging.
Tag @armandbeasley, @drpawpaw and @warpaint_mag in your entries – in the photo(s) as well as the caption.
This must be new work created specifically for this competition.
Just be creative and – most importantly – have fun!
Terms and conditions
The challenge is being run on Instagram. Submissions must be created on yourself or someone you share your home with. Cosmetic products only to be used, no craft paints etc. Submissions can be photos, video or both but these must be good quality so the judge can see the details clearly.
The judge is Armand Beasley whose decision is final. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. International entries are welcome but you will be responsible for any import duties or custom charges that may be payable if you win. Closing date is 12 noon (UK time) Friday 3rd July 2020. The winner will be announced on Instagram on 7th July 2020.
