Hand hygiene is key at the moment with the need to wash and sanitise our hands more regularly than usual to help prevent the transfer of the corona virus. This can have an impact on the skin, leading to dryness and irritation. Here’s our round up of hand products to help you during this unprecedented time.
Soap & Hand Wash
According to a recent article for the Guardian, Pall Thordarson (Professor of Chemistry at the University of New South Wales, Sydney) said “viruses can be active outside the body for hours, even days. Disinfectants, liquids, wipes, gels and creams containing alcohol are all useful at getting rid of them – but they are not quite as good as normal soap.” No need to be anxious if your local shop has run out of hand sanitiser. Soap is just as good as a disinfectant. Here are some that will kill germs and be kind to skin.
