Hot off this week’s news – Summer is upon us, as are the bright colour collections for summer. The new Dolce and Gabbana Italian Zest Make-up Collection is aptly named, with a host of vibrant and playful shades. Contents include limited edition shades of Miss Sicily Lipstick (£27 – in Gaetana and Angela, with permanent shades Antonia and Maria), Perfect Mono Eyeshadows (£27 – in Gold Sand and Copper to join permanent shade Bronze) and Nail Lacquer (£21 – in shades Mandarino, Anguria and Anice). The Passioneyes Mascara Waterproof in Nero 1 (£28) and limited edition Italian Zest Healthy Glow Stick (£30) in Shimmer and Bronze round off the collection. Available now from harrods.com.
Stila are going for glow in a big way for Summer 2018. Opting for liquid metallic and glitters, they’ve started with new duochrome shades of their hugely popular Glitter & Glow liquid eyeshadows (£23). After the success of their Matte Me Up lip paints, this new collection has everything you need for a glossy pout. L’Oréal Paris has announced its limited-edition make-up collaboration with Parisian fashion designer Isabel Marant. With a shared vision of femininity and the same goal to empower women, L’Oréal Paris x Isabel Marant has created a collection of beauty must-haves for easy, on-the-go make-up. There will be five playful but practical products for eyes, cheeks and lips for the ideal French cool-girl make-up result. L’Oréal Paris x Isabel Marant will launch the day of Isabel Marant’s show at Paris Fashion Week SS19, on September 27 2018.
Following on from the rapturous response to their first entry into the world of beauty, Dyson have announced their next product – the Supersonic Hair Dryer Professional Edition. The new machine is designed with some of the issues encountered in the professional environment in mind, by providing stylists with a machine engineered for their needs. The Dyson Supersonic Pro Edition uses a fast but focused airflow for precise styling, with the temperature of the airflow constantly measured to prevent and protect against heat damage. The product also has a newly-developed filtration system and professional attachments, designed in collaboration with hair stylists. Available now for £275 online from Dyson.
