A MUA’s kit can take up a lot of space, and needs to be prepared for whatever make-up is required on set. Good palettes can save you space and money, whether you are just starting out or been in the industry for years. We’re very excited to see the arrival of two palettes designed by two of Warpaint’s favourite MUAs, Maria Malone-Guerbaa and Vanessa Davis in collaboration with Precious About Makeup. Warpaint has scoured the professional make-up shops for more of their latest beauty and SFX palette launches.
Let’s have a look at Maria and Vanessa’s palettes. First is the PAM Le Maquiallage Petite Palette (£24.50) designed by incredible MUA and Warpaint Championships judge Maria Malone-Guerbaa. Le Maquillage’s clear mini compact features 10 creme colours, all chosen by Maria. We are also loving PAM Maq Pro Skulltress Palette (£15.50), designed by top hair and make-up designer Vanessa Davis, known for her incredible skull designs. Knowing the calibre of Maria and Vanessa’s work, we cannot wait to see the creations made with these palettes! Both available from Precious About Makeup.
Ben Nye is a leading name in the professionl make-up world and we are very excited to see the new launches. The FX Bruise Palette (£29.50) and FX Undead Palette are perfect for your SFX kit, they are waterproof, alcohol-activated palettes and are completely non-toxic. Available from Precious About Makeup.
Created by New York-based MUA Roque Cozzette, his eponymous range has added a couple of goodies for you. The Infinity Blush Palette (£59.95) contains six powder colours that can be used to add either a subtle flush or a fresh pop of colour to the skin, as the selection of shades were designed to compliment all skin-tones. The Infinity Contour Palette (£59.95) also contains six powder shades that are uber-blendable thanks to its super silky formula and provide a high-colour payoff for contouring and sculpting the facial contours. They are also all neutral shades to compliment all skin-tones. Available from Guru Makeup Emporium.
New from the US queen of sheen, Danessa Myricks has added the Luxe Cream Lip Palette (£42) to her line. Designed for use on both lips and cheeks, and with 12 beautiful pink and coral shades to choose from, this is a great multi-purpose palette. Available from Guru Makeup Emporium.
If you’re looking to cover bruises, tattoos, pigmentation or blemishes on set, then the Jordane Total Tattoo Cover Cream Palettes (from £46.50) will be a perfect addition to your kit. With coverage that is super durable and long-lasting, and a variety of different palettes for whatever scenario, we are sure that this will become a must-have kit staple.
