Colour theory is an important part of any MUA’s training.  Dallas-based MUA and educator Terri Tomlinson has launched The Flesh Tone Color Wheel ($14) after seeing established artists and her own students struggle with the application of colour theory to make-up.  The wheel is a one-of-a-kind reference for skin colour, tone, highlight, contour and correction.  Available online now.
