Estée Lauder is bringing back a selection of make-up products from the 2016 Victoria Beckham Estée Lauder collection. A selection of products will be reintroduced, along with two new shades. These will be available in the UK from 17 February. There will be 10 products returning: Morning Aura Illuminating Creme, Bronzer in Java Sun, Highlighter in Modern Mercury, Eye Kajal Duo in Black Saffron/Vanille, Eye Ink in Black Myrrh, Eye Foil in Blonde Gold Eye Metals Eyeshadow in Bitter Clove, Lip Gloss in Moroccan Heat, Lipstick in Brazilian Nude (US and Canada only) and Daylight Edition Light Box (UK only); and two new make-up shades: Lipstick in Nude Spice Matte and Bronzer in Saffron Sun.
YSL Beauté has created a limited edition duo of collector editions, including the Touche Éclat Star Edition (£25) and Mascara Volume Effet Faux Clis (£25.50). Touche Éclat Star Edition instantly enhances facial features and contours, erasing all signs of fatigue and dark circles; while the mascara offers alternating fibres of varying diameters to increase lash thickness and provide an inky black mascara that lasts morning till night.
Luxury Japanese make-up and skincare brand SUQQU has appointed Morag Ross as its new UK Make-up Spokesperson for 2017. Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Morag’s love of make-up stems from her years of training at the BBC and studying Art & Design. Her wealth of experience since has led her on to win three BAFTA awards. She has additionally worked with celebrities including Cate Blanchett, Tilda Swinton, Amy Adams and Julie Christie. Her film credits consist of huge box office productions such as Lost in Translation, Star Wars, The Aviator and most recently, Oceans Eight.
Real Techniques has revealed its new MultiTech collection, available this week at Superdrug nationwide. The new collection has been designed with the same universal cut across the brushes and beauty sponge for detailed applications. The MultiTech collection has eight pieces suitable for use across all facial features: seven brushes and one sponge. The Small Points Set (£30) includes the Point S Brush (all over shadow, concealer, contour lines, highlighter), Point XS Brush (colour correcting, concealer, crease shadow), Point XXS Brush (detailed highlighting, shadow, lip blending) and Point XXXS Brush (brow filling, liner, lip detailing). Other brushes in the collection include the Point L Brush (£16), for focused face application and blending; Point XL Brush (£18), for full face application and blending; Point XXXL Brush (£18), for neck and body application and blending; and Point Makeup Sponge (£10), for base detail.
Kat Von D Beauty has unveiled 13 new shades of its Lock-It Liquid Foundation (£27). The range now features a total of 30 full coverage shades – from the fairest of the fair to deep, rich tones. The foundation is packaged in a sleek new design, finished with Kat’s signature wax seal. The brand has additionally introduced its new Lock-It Brightening Powder (£19), a weightless, softly tinted loose powder that brightenss the under-eye area, available in three shades; and Makeup Setting Mist (£20), which locks in make-up for up to 24 hours and offers a weightless micro-mist spray in an eco-friendly bottle.
