If you are obsessed with all things fantasy- zombies, aliens, dragons and werewolves, then get excited, as Creaturegeddon is fast approaching!  Creaturegeddon is a one of a kind event that looks to celebrate the wonderful art of Creature effects, with two days, (20th and 21st August) packed full of all things sci-fi, fantasy and horror. From designers, to sculptors to prosthetic make-up artists, competitions, demonstrations and an array of vendors, this amazing event is sure to quench your thirst for all things Creature!

Creaturegeddon has gone above and beyond this year to bring you the biggest names in the industry.  Special guests include Nick Dudman, Mark Coulier, David Marti Mayor, Richard Redlefson, and Glen Southern, who will be attending the event, and giving keynotes and seminars throughout the weekend.  Perfect for beginners or enthusiasts looking to learn about the industry, or for those looking to expand their prior knowledge of creating creatures.

Not only does Creaturegeddon give you the opportunity to meet and talk to those who have already made it big in the industry, The Dungeon competition is a fantastic opportunity to discover up and coming creature creators, both physical and digital.

If you have always wanted to broaden your skills in creature sculpting, Creaturegeddon has just announced a five day Maquette Sculpting course with Jordu Schell as the perfect prequel to the event itself.  Taking place from 15th to 19th August, you can learn the intricate art of maquette sculpting, through demonstrations, whilst making your very own maquette sculpture.  For more information, click here.

If competitions, demonstrations and special guests aren’t enough, Creaturegeddon will also accommodate a vast array of vendors, selling sculpting and prosthetic accessories, materials, tools, and even T-shirts and merchandise!  The event itself is set to take place in The Langely, High Street, Watford, starting at 9:30am.
