NARS Cosmetics has revealed further details of its limited edition colour collection with fashion photographer Steven Klein. The new collection includes: Limited Edition Killer Shine Lipstick (£20), available in: Besame Mucho (deep rose-beige), No Shame (red plum) and Redemption (metallic pink champagne); Limited Edition Killer Shine Lip Gloss (£19), a fully-loaded gloss with a new vinyl-finish formula, available in three shades: Provoke (deep iris-purple), Fast Life (iridescent dusty rose) and Special Force (wild strawberry); Single Eyeshadow (£18), in Mortal (iridescent pearl white), Stud (soft pewter bronze) and Never Too Late (olive green with gold shimmer); Nail Polish (£15) in Black Fire, Hard To Get and Night Creature; and Dual Intensity Blush (£30) in Vengeful (white-gold highlight and shimmering brick-red). The collection also comprises a selection of gifts which will be available at department stores only, as well as narscosmetics.co.uk: Despair Cheek Palette (£45), a four-part blush palettes of pinks and blushing bares; Dead Of Summer Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow Palette (£35), which contains four wet/dry Dual-Intensity Eyeshadows; Magnificent Obsession Red Lip Set (£29), which includes Lipstick, Matte Lip Pencil and Lip Liner in the crimson shade; A Woman’s Face Nude Lip Set (£29), including Lip Liner, Matte Lip Pencil and Lipstick in a nude colour palette; Tearjerker Eye Set (£30), offering the Audacious Mascara and emerald and sapphire Liners; and Humoresque Audacious Lipstick Coffret (£130), an exclusive to Selfridges that includes five shades of Audacious Lipstick in nude, pink and bold hues. Also forming part of the collection is An Abnormal Female Lip Pencil Coffret (£45), which includes three Velvet Matte Lip Pencils and Full Service Mini Kabuki Brush Set (£65), both exclusive to the NARS x Steven Klein pop-up store and online. Exclusively available at Space NK is the One Shocking Moment Cheek Studio Palette (£49), featuring seven shades: four blushes, a contouring duo and Laguna bronzer; and Killer Heels Mini Lipstick Set (£29), including five soft-to-striking shades.
Maybelline New York has created a collection of muted shades for their The Blushed Nudes Palette (£9.99), which follows the success of the previous Maybelline Nudes Palette, which featured bronzed shades through to taupes. The Blushed Nudes Palette features 12 shades from plums to blushes and risqué roses and will be available nationwide from November.
Lip balm brand Balmi has unveiled three new Metallic collection for the festive season (£4.99) Available in three flavours and hi-shine metallic designs, the conical lip balm is easily applied and offers a blend of ingredients to provide lips with long lasting, daily care and protection. The collection includes the new scent, Roseberry (metallic copper) along with Cherry (metallic red) and Blackcurrant (metallic purple). The new Balmi collection is available from Boots, Urban Outfitters and Superdrug, priced at £4.99.
Rimmel London has a new 24hr Supercurler Volume and Curl Mascara (£6.99), the brand’s first volumising mascara with built-in-lash curler power that provides a dramatic curl that’s up to 24 hours strong. The mascara’s bold new patent-pending formula, with super curling polymer, gives a lasting ‘perm’ effect, pushed up to 90 degrees.
No7 has extended its Match Made Lipstick (£9.95) range with the creation of its NudeMoisture Drench Lip Sticks. The new moisture drench formulation helps keep lips soft and smooth, while shades include: Honey Bloom, Caramel Silk and Tawny Rose. No7 will also be launching a trio of new Gel-Look Shine Nail Colours (£7) on 28 October in the following shades: Blissful, a soft pink; Soft Truffle, taupe nude; and Purple Dreamer, a deep mauve purple shade.
Eylure is preparing for the spooky season with their Halloween and Party lashes (£6.95 each). For Halloween, the brand has introduced two sets of limited edition styles, including: CatFace, a full set of dramatic lashes that feature a diamonté cat face and whiskers; and Carnival, dramatic veiled lashes inspired by a Venetian masquerade ball. For the festive season, Eylure will be launching three Party lashes inspired by the movie Frozen. Designs include: Snow Princess, a classic style scattered with iridescent powder; Frozen Beauty, a fluffy and full lash interspersed with shimmering ribbon; and All Hail The Queen, textured, angled lash iced with lustrous stones.
Singer Mariah Carey has announced her first collaboration with MAC Cosmetics to launch the All I Want holiday lipstick, which will be available exclusively online in select markets in December. A full Mariah x MAC Beauty Icon collection will follow later in 2016.
The new 5 Shade Corrector Palette from Airbase (£24.99) can be used to neutralise under eye circles, conceal blemishes, hide spots, reduce redness and cover beard lines. Used in conjunction with the concealer wheel you can pretty much cover anything from Broken veins, scars and birth marks, even a tattoo. The mint green colour will soften red tones in the skin and the Lavender colour will lift dull grey tones. The corrector colours can be mixed with all airbase colours to customise and cover any type of mark and having been designed to work with Airbase it can be used under a spray of Airbase or used alone.
