YSL Beauté launches its Pretty Metal line nationwide on July 29, comprising products for the eyes, lips and nails.  COUTURE KAJAL (£25) is a new kajal crayon that works as a kohl, eyeliner and eyeshadow, available in four shades.  COUTURE BROW (£21) features a buildable formula that can be used to fix, structure and intensify the brows with a subtle 3D gloss effect, in shades Glazed Brown and Ash Blond.  COUTURE PALETTE COLLECTOR (£42.50) in Metal Clash is a limited edition palette for the eyes, featuring shades of gold, burgundy, dark plum and chocolate brown.  ROUGE VOLUPTE SHINE (£22) comes in three new shades: No 34 Rose in Sound, No 35 Fuchsia in Grunge and No 36 Rouge in Rock.  GLOSS VOLUPTE (£22) also has three new limited edition shades, No 51 Rose Lurex, No 52 Violet Sequins and No 53 Rose Strass, while COUTURE METAL MANICURE (£25) is available in two variations, Gold Sequins and Crystal Studs.

This month sees the launch of two new palettes from Laura Mercier.  The new Eye Art Palette (pictured above) is available exclusively at Space NK for £45, and features 12 complimentary shades in both shimmer and matte finishes.  Offering both cool and warm tones, the palette includes: Sparkling Dew (sateen), Guava (santeen), African Violet (luster), Plum Smoke (matte), Kir Royal (santeen), Violet Ink (matte), Vanilla Nuts (matte), Primrose (santeen), Fresco (matte), Bamboo (sateen), Truffle (matte) and Expresso Bean (matte).

The new Art of Colour Eye & Cheek Collection (£45) is also launching and will be available exclusively at Selfridges and Brown Thomas, offering a selection of eight eyeshadows and a weightless blush.

Selena campaign is heard by MAC

MAC Cosmetics has announced the launch of a brand new make-up collection in honour of the late Latin singer Selena Quintanilla, to be launched in 2016 after fans back in February petitioned for a Selena collaboration.  Her contributions to music and fashion made her one of the most celebrated Mexican American entertainers of the late 20th century and full details of the new range will be announced in due course.

The brand has also revealed the Cremesheen Pearl collection, available from August nationwide.  The range comprises a range of Lipsticks and Cremesheen Glass products infused with pearlised pigments.  Available in 15 new Asian-inspired shades, Cremesheen Lipstick (£15.50) features shades: Nippon (mid-tone coral pink), Koi Coral (pale peachy nude), Star Magnolia (carnation pink), Little Buddha (peachy pink), Pickled Plum (blue pink), Tokyo Tizzy (yellow orange), Obi Orange (reddish orange), Pretty Boy (pink coral), Dozen Carnations (warm tomato red) and Sweet Sakura (true red with gold pearl).

New Cremesheen Glass (£17.50) are also available in: Pagoda (frosted pink), Double Happiness (frosted light nude), Floating Lotus (frosted soft rose), Richer, Lusher (peach coral) and Partial to Pink (yellow pink).
