Kensington Olympia played host to IMATS on tour once again this weekend, drawing thousands of excited and talented artists into the sunlit hall. With huge brands including MAC Pro, NARS, Urban Decay and Kryolan setting up shop, it also attracted boutique brands such as Sugarpill and AOM. We had a fantastic time, enjoying the variety of demos and talks throughout the weekend. From Jan Sewell’s open forum to the Guardians of the Galaxy’s Panel with Lizzie Yianni-Giorgiou and David White, film make-up artists had an abundance of choice and inspiration.
The Battle of the Brushes waged above it all, with burgeoning talent tackling Historical Beauty Trends or an Age Make-up Challenge. Big artists including David Horne, Lan Nguyen-Grealis and Einat Dan spoke on creating their signature beauty looks. With so much going on, we thought we’d let the pictures speak for themselves! Here’s our Getting Social – #IMATS edition! Click on the links in the captions for links to the originals and relevant features.
