Pulp Fiction homage from Urban Decay
To mark the 20th Anniversary of the cult classic film, Urban Decay has created the Pulp Fiction limited edition collection, with Uma Thurman’s Mrs Mia Wallace as the muse. The palette (£17.50) comes with five shadows (Righteous, Tyranny, Vengeance, Furious and Anger) which are blended to create a dark, edgy look to the eyes. The Mrs Mia Wallace blood red lipstick (£15) and matching pencil (£13) is a spot-on match to the colour worn in the film, and the collection is completed with a Mrs Wallace-inspired nail colour and Heavy Metal glitter eyeliner in Gun Metal (£14).
Giorgio Armani Eye & Brow Maestro
Eye & Brow Maestro is the first Giorgio Armani Beauty product in their Cream for Eyes Collection. Eye & Brow can be used as an eyeliner, eyeshadow or eyebrow pencil; it can even be used to sculpt, contour and to camouflage the hairline. There are nine shades that mirror the latest in hair colour, with tones of blonde, dark blonde, light brown, black and auburn combined with golds and ruby reds (£26.50) to create a truly versatile product that lasts up to 20 hours.
Sisley presents Phyto-Teint Expert Foundation
Phyto-Teint Expert Foundation (£79) from Sisley comes out next month. The foundation aims to even the complexion with a range of different grade powders within the formula to unify tone and camouflage imperfections. It smoothes the complexion by blurring and giving a soft focus, using different sized particles of powder and to ensure a natural complexion with the use of crystal mica. Active ingredients derived from plants moisturise and soften the skin, improving radiance with regular use. The foundation blends with the skin and offers 12-hour coverage, and the formula is oil free and non-comedogenic, allowing the skin to breathe with wear.
Hourglass creates limited edition Ambient Blush Palette
A limited edition Ambient Blush palette from Hourglass will be with us in October. The three-shade palette features the new shade Incandescent Electra which is exclusive to the palette. The blush formula uses Photo luminescent Technology to offer depth and dimension, whilst remaining lightweight. The colours can also be mixed for a bespoke, gorgeous shade (£56).
Daniel Sandler Professional Finish Makeup creates Fluid Blush for Macmillan Cancer Support
Daniel Sandler has created a Water Colour Fluid Blush in the shade Joy in support of MacMillan Cancer Support. 300 bottles have been created for the limited edition run, with £5 from the sale of each (£15.50) going to Macmillan Cancer Support. The blush is easily blendable, water resistant and gives a gentle flush of colour to the cheeks. Lynda Thomas, Director of Fundraising at Macmillan Cancer Support, said: “It is Macmillan’s aim to help and support everyone affected by cancer. We are always looking for innovative ways to achieve this and Daniel’s limited edition ‘Joy’ blusher is a fantastic way to raise valuable funds and awareness of our work helping to ensure that no one has to face cancer alone.”
Creamy Foundation N from RMK
Available from September 25th, RMK has created a Creamy Foundation N (£36). The moisture-rich foundation provides a sheer, even cover, providing a transparent and polished finish. The formula was designed in Japan and contains natural oils from plants and fruits to ensure clear, glowing skin. The brightening formula provides the skin with a muted sheen, adding depth and accentuating the contours of the face.
Bobbi Brown introduces Sheer Brights Eye Shadow
A burst of colour is coming to counters from Bobbi Brown in the shape of Sheer Brights Eye Shadows (£17.50). The 15-shade line offers eyelids a wash of colour, resembling watercolour paint, and the shadows features shimmer, matte and metallic formulas. The Eye Shadow is available in matte shades Burnt Rose, Sea Grass, Peach Cloud, Sunrise Pink, Cornflower, Sweet Pink and Pistachio. Shimmer Wash Eye Shadow is available in the shades French Blue, Berry Sorbet, Pink Slip and Golden Amber. Metallic Eye Shadow comes in the shades Hazy Lilac, Aegean Blue, Bubbly and Linen.
Helen É Cosmetics adds to Stage Make-up Range
Helen É Cosmetics has launched Skin Illuminator (£18) this week. The formula uses light-reflecting particles that adds radiance and luminosity to the face and body. The product can be used alone on cheek bones, brow bones and décolleté or mixed with body lotions and bases from the range to add a healthy glow. The brand intended to create a range that was light enough for everyday wear, whilst providing a flawless and polished look.
