Despite the arrival of Bertha, which seemed to switch off summer momentarily, it’s still hot and humid and the city heat is not the most conducive for a full face of make-up. So as the Mercury rises both here and abroad, ever the optimists here at Warpaint, we indulge in the gentle buttery balms that tint and hydrate the lips. Add the barely-there base and you’ll make it through the day, still made up.
