Jane Iredale to launch Refill-Me Refillable Loose Powder Brush
Mineral Queen Jane Iredale recently celebrated 20 years as an industry pioneer and celebrated in the UK by hosting a reception at the Dorchester Hotel. Addressing the guests, Jane spoke about the brand’s conception, sharing her experiences as a former casting director, where she saw the negative effects that heavy, chemical-filled make-up was having on actresses’ complexions. This inspired her to create her eponymous make-up line, which provides flawless coverage without artificial dyes, preservatives, fillers or irritants. After leaving the TV and film industry Jane teamed up with a pharmacist and created her first loose mineral powder, Amazing Base, which started out in a mixing bowl in her own kitchen. Now, twenty years later, her range boasts over 400 items. To celebrate this milestone, the brand has launched Refill-Me Refillable Loose Powder Brush, a self-contained dispenser and brush that offers a mess-free method to apply loose powder on-the-go. Made with a locking mechanism that prevents spilling, the product is sold empty for ultimate customisation and is easily refilled.
Charlotte Tilbury to launch Matte Revolution lipsticks
Matte Revolution lipstick is the latest product from Charlotte Tilbury Cosmetics. Enriched with papaya and orchid extract, it has the feeling of a nourishing hydrating balm but contains 3D glowing pigments to create the illusion of wider and full lips, creating a high-performance finish. Triglycerides and a blend of waxes and oils ensure the product glides on, forming a satin texture that enables users to build colour up from a stain to a full block. The lipstick (£28) features a square, angled tip to mimic the shape of a lip brush, making it easy as possible to achieve precise application and defined shape. Each new shade partners with Charlotte’s 10 make-up looks and includes: Lost Cherry (pastel fuchsia), Sexy Sienna (golden coral), Amazing Grace (rose), Birkin Brown (chocolate cream), Glastonberry (sheer blackcurrant), Bond Girl (natural berry), Red Carpet Red (ruby red), Walk of Shame (berry tinted rose), Love Liberty (rose flush) and Very Victoria (taupe nude).
