Austria wasn’t the only place to have seen incredible body artistry this month as the first ever Living Art Show swung into action at sunny Kent’s Cray Festival. Painters and artists gathered from across the UK to celebrate Living Art in colour.
Brain child of local body paint artist and teacher Liz Bylett, Living Art proved a big success. “We were thrilled to be offered the opportunity to showcase this amazing work at the Cray Festival this year. The public were blown away by the event as many had never experienced anything like this before, and they loved the catwalk show.”
Liz has worked in the industry of over 25 years and runs a successful face make-up and body painting business, as well as a training academy in London and Kent. In her varied career, she has given Richard Branson a black eye and body painted Katie Price. Of the show, she says, “After the huge success of this year we are already planning 2015 and would like to include a paint party in the event!”
