Dior bursts with colour with It-Lash and It-Liner
The latest explosion of colour comes from Dior in the form of their latest mascaras and liners. The It-Lash delivers a classic black high –tech mascara, It-Black that delivers in a tough market, but in addition It-Pink, It-Blue and It-Purple are bright electric 80s–esque shades (£22). As part of the Dior Addict It-Line come four matching shade It-Liners (24.50), with an exclusive gel formula and strong pigment. Launched to match with powder, four new shades will be added to The Diorshow Mono collection (£23). Used wet or dry the colour-saturated blocks have been created to mix and match with It-Line and are available from June 2014.
Yves Rocher to launch limited edition summer collection
Yves Rocher is launching four limited edition products for summer. The collection comprises Rouge Brilliance Vegetale, a natural gloss lipstick made with cherry oil showcasing 12 shades inspired by nature; Golden Waterproof Eye pencil, a soft water-resistant formula enriched with chamomile extract providing intense colour; and Ultra Longlasting Cream Eyeshadow, containing a creamy and easily blended formula offering two shades. Sculpting Glow Enhancer completed the collection.
Chanel creates a healthy glow this summer
Chanel’s latest products are designed specifically to give you a healthy outdoor look, with minimal coverage doing the maximum work. Healthy Glow Multi-Colour and All-In-One Healthy Glow Fluid are an extension of the Les Beiges range and will give the skin a sheer coverage. Healthy Glow Multicolour comes in two shade variations using three colours, one of which has a slight iridescence for highlighting. The All-In-One Healthy Glow Fluid is an illuminator. A combination of powder and moisturiser is used together with hyaluronic acid to give the skin a subtle radiance.
Beauty UK Cosmetics introduces the Galaxy eyeshadow palette
Beauty UK Cosmetics has announced the launch of the Galaxy eyeshadow palette (£5.99), its latest edition to the Posh Palette collection. Featuring 10 new shades in a range of purples, blues, earthy greys and metallics, the palette combines both matte and shimmer finishes.
Benefit to launch new precision liners
Launching in July, Benefit’s new It’s A Real Push liner (£18) is the most advanced yet. This gel liner pen has a specially designed nib that makes following the lash line easier than ever. Waterproof and drying to a matte black it’s impossible not to draw the perfect line. The ergonomically designed liner has been designed to work alongside the They’re Real! Mascara (£19.50) and They’re Real Remover (£14.50)
Cosmetic brand essence launches in the UK
European cosmetic brand essence has arrived in the UK. The affordable, quality on-trend make-up collection will be showcased at an exclusive press launch later this month with UK fave MUA Kenneth Soh presenting make-up demos.

Countdown to Paintopia
British-based Paintopia Festival has big dreams and big plans. Based in the stunning setting of Dunston Hall in Norwich, this year’s Paintopia Face and Body Festival is taking place from 7th – 12th May and is the place to be for UK body and face artists.
Now in its 3rd year, there’s a host of workshops from the globally renowned artists, alongside competitions for pros and students, and a retail area for you to stock up on supplies from the best in the business.
Workshops features the likes of Matteo Arfanotti, reigning World Champion in both Bodypainting and Facepainting after scooping both titles at the 2013 WBF in Austria. Paintopia will play host to his first every UK workshops which have proved so popular that they’re already sold out. Fear not, there is a reserve list – click here to register.
Also demonstrating their talents will be award winning Los Angeles body painter, Pashur, who is currently consulting on Skin Wars in the US, as well as Nick Wolfe, one half of Evil Twin FX, who with his twin brother Brian, who has taken bodypainting to another level.
