Estée Lauder creates Bronze Goddess Collection for Summer

Estee Lauder has announced the launch of Bronze Goddess Summer 2014 collection, comprising new fragrances, as well as cosmetic products for cheeks, lips and eyes. The new limited edition range features a spectrum of nudes mixed with rich colours including soft corals, deep blackberries and gilded metallics. New Nudes Eyeshadow Palette contains eight shades of shadows ranging from a matt to metallic finish. Cheek Glow is a cream blush with a moisturising formula, offering a blendable and buildable coverage. Pure Color LipShine is a lip crayon pencil that contains a non-tacky balm formula infused with mango and shea butters, available in two shades of Mandarin and Luscious Plum. Bronze Goddess Powder Bronzer Collection and Bronze Goddess Luminous Liquid Bronzer have been relaunched as part of the collection. Bronze Goddess Shimmer Body Oil and Whipped Body Créme also form part of the collection, each containing a blend of natural oils.

Givenchy has announced the launch of two new loose powders Poudre Premiére and Prisme Libre. Poudre Premiére (£35) is designed to be applied to bare or primed skin for a completely sheer result. It is available in one shade that fuses together with all skin tones, creating an even, matte and naturally radiant complexion. Prisme Libre has been reformulated with a new sheer and luminous texture, where pigments are treated with atomisation technology to glide on evenly for a natural effect. It contains a lilac and white musk fragrance, which is available in four variations including: Mousseline Pastel, pastel shades which correct and reduce imperfections for a natural opaline look; Taffetas Beige, a mix of beige, apricot and yellow to deliver a healthy glow; and Organza Caramel, featuring shades of cream, peach and cappuccino.

Jourdan Dunn unveiled as the face of Maybelline New York

Maybelline has announced model Jourdan Dunn as the brand’s newest spokesmodel, joining Christy Turlington, Emily DiDonato and a host of others. Jourdan has appeared in catwalk shows for runways for Prada, Christian Dior, Chanel, Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Givenchy, Valentino, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Balmain, to name a few. She has also appeared in the American, British, Paris, Italian, Japanese and Russian editions of Vogue and has been a part of various campaigns for ck Calvin Klein, CK1 fragrance, Yves Saint Laurent, Burberry, Burberry Beauty, Gap, DKNY, H&M, Express, Aldo, Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, Rag & Bone, Topshop, John Galliano and Benetton among others. Jourdan will make her Maybelline New York debut in the television advertising campaign for its new mascara Go Extreme airing this month.

NATorigin powder eye shadows (£15) is a new range of hypoallergenic eye shadows made from ultra-micronised shells of organic argan nuts, enriched with extracts of pomegranate. The shadows are available in silver, brown, bronze, golden, vanilla, mauve and light blue.

Lancôme marks 10th anniversary of Hypnôse collection

Next month sees the 10th anniversary of Lancôme’s Hypnôse line and to celebrate the brand will launch its Anniversary Collection. The range features a new Hypnôse Palette (£37) containing the shades Drama Gris au Naturel, Taupe au Naturel, and Brun au Naturel; Limited Edition Le Sourcils Pro (£18), a double ended pencil for highlighting and defining the brows in Blond, Chatain, Brun, and Noir; and La Base Paupières Pro (£21), Lancôme’s first eye lid primer.

Celebrity MUA Wayne Goss has added a new six brush set to his line. After his inaugural collection launched with great success, Wayne decided he wanted to add some larger Shapes to complement the existing offering. Made from Goat hair, these brushes are soft and totally cruelty-free. The face set includes: Brush 10 (£35) is for blending foundations;  Brush 11 (£32) a larger rounded powder brush; Brush 12 (£25) a flat edge contour brush; Brush 13 (£35) a small domed shaped dense brush; Brush 14 (£22) is a loose bristle brush for delicate powdering and brush 15 (£17) a super fan brush.
