Smashbox previews 2014 new products
New products from the Smashbox stable are set to be launched in 2014. Full Exposure Palette (£36) and 3D Always Sharp Waterproof Shadow Liners (£16) will be available online on on counter from Jan 8th 2014. The Palette offers 14 neutral shades from nude to black in both long-wearing shimmers and smooth matte. The set also includes a sample of Full Exposure Deluxe Mascara. Smashbox’s new 3D Always Sharp Waterproof Shadow Liners contain reflextive 3D pearls, they glide and self sharpen and come in 8 shades.
Neal’s Yard unveil Lengthening Mascara
Neal’s Yard Remedies has formulated a brand new Lengthening Mascara (£16). Packed full of conditioning ingredients including: Argan Oil; Aloe Vera; Coconut Oil; Castor Oil and Bamboo Silk to nourish where as tetrapeptides are present to thicken the lashes. This mascara is Soil Association Certified, made with 100% natural ingredients and has been clinically proven to increase the appearance of the lashes using natural ingredients.
Christmas baubles from Lancome
Alongside their other festive offerings, Lancome has launches four Christmas ‘Lancome in Love’ hanging cubes (£39). One set of four contains full size Vernis in Love, mini Gloss in Love, mini Rouge in Love and mini Hypnose. Available at Selfridges from this week.
Countdown to Christmas from The Body Shop
They have becoming increasingly popular in recent years, so 2013 is shaping up to be a bumper year for skincare and make up advent calanders. The Body Shop has announced their ‘Best of the Body Shop’ Advent Calander (£55) available from today. Containing a different product for each day up to the 25th. Products include Vitamin E Moisutre cream, Mango Shower Gel, Lip & Cheek Stain and Shea Body Butter.
Flagship London Store for Kiko
A new kid is on the Regent’s Street block in the form of Kiko Cosmetics flagship new store.Opening on November 23rd it will be a mecca for make up carrying the Kiko brands 1,500+ offerings and follows the design of the Milan store. The KIKO philosophy is to allow all women to treat themselves to the most innovative cosmetics without having to sacrifice their budget.
Powell Power
Make Up Artist Karla Powell has released her make-up design sheets. The 200gsm textured card, artist-style pad sheets enable the MUA to plan and construct beauty looks and trial products. Available in A5 and A4 sizes, each pad contains 35 sheets, prices from £11.
