Happy Birthday Rouge Dior
A truly statement lippy, Rouge Dior was created in 1953 at the height of The New Look and has been going strong since then. Celebrating its 60th year this year, Rouge Dior has been reinvented for 2013 with 32 cult shades divided into four colour families (red, pinks, beiges and corals). Back in 1953 it was all about pure colour; fast forward to today and this is still the case. Rouge Noir contains a treatment to smooth and re-plump lips and contains rock samphire extract to stimulate cellular renewal, smoothing lips day after day. Our favourite is 999, a tribute to Dior’s first lipstick 9, this shade is the perfect carmine red (£26).
